A
very nice haiku achieved with simple but effective means. The ku starts with an
observation made on a very cold winter day. When looking out of the window in
the morning, the author is impressed by a natural phenomenon. Though specific
to the cold season, the unexpected occurrence of frost takes him/her aback. The
familiar view has changed dramatically. The frost flowers and ferns created
overnight adorn the window panes in a wonderful way. The ordinary outside world
gets blurred by the sublime beauty of winter in the foreground. The enchanting
fairy-like perspective recalls the childhood days full of joy and little
miracles. That is the magic of winter!
هايكو جميل ببساطة أدواته وفعالية صورته. ينطلق
من ملاحظة في صباح شتوي قارس، حين يفاجئ الصقيع الشاعر بتبدل المشهد المألوف. زهور
الجليد التي رسمتها الطبيعة على الزجاج تحجب العالم الخارجي وتفتح نافذة على سحر
الطفولة ومعجزات الشتاء الصغيرة.
